CriarFado is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create authentic Portuguese Fado music. Our service includes music generation, lyrics creation, audio processing, and community features for sharing and discovering Fado creations.
To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using CriarFado. You have the right to use, distribute, and monetize your creations as you see fit.
License to CriarFado: By creating content on our platform, you grant CriarFado a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, and distribute your generated songs for any purpose, including but not limited to promotion, remixes, and platform improvement.
Shared Rights: This license does not diminish your ownership rights. Both you and CriarFado maintain the freedom to use the content independently. You may exercise your rights to your content without restriction, while CriarFado retains the same freedom. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
CriarFado offers both token-based and subscription payment models to provide flexibility in how you access our music generation services.
Tokens. You may purchase tokens to generate individual songs on the platform. All token purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Tokens acquired through purchase never expire and remain available in your account indefinitely, regardless of whether you maintain an active subscription or cancel any subscription plan. Purchased tokens are entirely independent of subscription benefits and are not subject to any time-based restrictions.
Subscriptions. We offer monthly subscription plans that include generation credits as part of the subscription benefits. Any tokens or credits provided as part of a subscription reset at the end of each billing period and do not accumulate or carry over to subsequent periods. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation procedures.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
CriarFado is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
